1) Manjhi-The Mountain man

     This is the biographical film based on the life of Dashrath Manjhi. This film is directed by Ketan Mehta. In this movie Nawazuddin Siddiqui played the role of Dashrath Manjhi while Radhika Apte played Manjhi's wife. Dashrath Manjhi was poor labourer who craved a path 9.1 meters wide and 110 meters long through hill.

   This film is based on the life of one of the India's biggest Industrial tycoons, Dhirubhai Ambani. Guru is romantic drama film directed by Mani ratnam. In this movie Abhishek bachchan played role of  Gurukan Desai while Aishwarya Rai bachchan as Sujata Desai ie. Guru's wife. The score soundtrack for the film was composed by A. R. Rahman.

This is Indian biographical sport drama film directed by Rakesh Omprakash Mehra from a script written by Prasoon Joshi. The story of this film is based on the life of Milkha Singh, an Indian athlete who was a national champion runner and an Olympian. Faran Ahkathar played role of Milkha Singh.

Learning from mistakes. | How to learn from failures.

          Once the ceramic teacher divided his class into two groups. For the 1st group he has given the target of making as many pot as possible in the period of 10 days. He told it doesn't matter what quality you make, I want as many pot as possible. And the 2nd half was told that I will gives you 10 days of time just make one pot, but it should be perfect with 100 percent quality. This experiment has been repeated many times.      At the end of 10 days when he evaluated result of two groups he found that the 1st group made the better pot of high quality than the 2nd group.      So he made the conclusion that because 1st group was busy in making, failing and learning, they would understand and keep improving where as the 2nd group was just thinking of making that perfect pot and when they finally made it was not anywhere close to the 1st group.      So, if you are striving to achieve something and ...
