     My name is Shrikant Patil. I am graduated mechanical engineer doing job, and I was always in search of my interest to learn and grow myself. Since childhood I was very interested in reading and I believe books plays vital role in  to gain specialised knowledge and apply it. So I thought to share my knowledge through blog to the reader.

A tremendous personality having all the qualities one can simply imagine. This autobiography is written by Dr. Abdul Kalam with Arun Tiwari.      Dr. Arun Tiwari is an Indian missile scientist, professor and author. He has published many books and co-authored 5 books with Dr. Kalam. He worked under Dr. Kalam over a decade at in DRDL ( defence research and development lab ) Hyderabad. Learning from mistakes. | How to learn from failures.

          Once the ceramic teacher divided his class into two groups. For the 1st group he has given the target of making as many pot as possible in the period of 10 days. He told it doesn't matter what quality you make, I want as many pot as possible. And the 2nd half was told that I will gives you 10 days of time just make one pot, but it should be perfect with 100 percent quality. This experiment has been repeated many times.      At the end of 10 days when he evaluated result of two groups he found that the 1st group made the better pot of high quality than the 2nd group.      So he made the conclusion that because 1st group was busy in making, failing and learning, they would understand and keep improving where as the 2nd group was just thinking of making that perfect pot and when they finally made it was not anywhere close to the 1st group.      So, if you are striving to achieve something and ...
