      If you want to achieve success you must first learn what is failure and advantages of facing failure in the life.      If you fire a gun initially it kick back and then the bullet goes forward with greater speed. When you want to hit an arrow you need to pull the arrow back so that the arrow can go forward. Same thing with success as well.      When you want to achieve you need to face failure in life. When we observe several invention they are the results of successive failure. Learning from mistakes. | How to learn from failures.

          Once the ceramic teacher divided his class into two groups. For the 1st group he has given the target of making as many pot as possible in the period of 10 days. He told it doesn't matter what quality you make, I want as many pot as possible. And the 2nd half was told that I will gives you 10 days of time just make one pot, but it should be perfect with 100 percent quality. This experiment has been repeated many times.      At the end of 10 days when he evaluated result of two groups he found that the 1st group made the better pot of high quality than the 2nd group.      So he made the conclusion that because 1st group was busy in making, failing and learning, they would understand and keep improving where as the 2nd group was just thinking of making that perfect pot and when they finally made it was not anywhere close to the 1st group.      So, if you are striving to achieve something and ...
