Smile | How smile matters

A smile cost nothing, but it creates much.

It enriches those who receive it.

Without empoverishing those who gives it.

It happens in a flash and the memory of it may last forever.

It creates happiness in the home,

Fosters goodwill in a business and is the countersign of friends.

It is rest to the weary, and nature's best antidote for trouble.

In a course of the day, some of your acquaintances may be to tired to give you a smile, Give them one of yours.

Learning from mistakes. | How to learn from failures.

          Once the ceramic teacher divided his class into two groups. For the 1st group he has given the target of making as many pot as possible in the period of 10 days. He told it doesn't matter what quality you make, I want as many pot as possible. And the 2nd half was told that I will gives you 10 days of time just make one pot, but it should be perfect with 100 percent quality. This experiment has been repeated many times.      At the end of 10 days when he evaluated result of two groups he found that the 1st group made the better pot of high quality than the 2nd group.      So he made the conclusion that because 1st group was busy in making, failing and learning, they would understand and keep improving where as the 2nd group was just thinking of making that perfect pot and when they finally made it was not anywhere close to the 1st group.      So, if you are striving to achieve something and ...
