High Flying Balloons. | What make you to achieve Goal.

    
      A man was selling balloons on the street of New York City. He new how to attract a crowd before he offered his wares for sale. He took a white balloon, filled it up, and let it float upward. Next he filled a red balloon and released it. Then he added a yellow one.

     As the red, yellow and white balloons were floating above his head, the little children gathered around him to buy his balloons.

     A hesitant boy looked up at the balloons and finally asked, "If you filled black balloon, would it go up too?" The man looked down and said, " Why, sure! It's not the colour of balloon, it's what inside that make it go up!"

     What inside of you determines whether you achieve peak success experience in your life. Climbing to the peak depends up on your mind and your attitude.

Learning from mistakes. | How to learn from failures.

          Once the ceramic teacher divided his class into two groups. For the 1st group he has given the target of making as many pot as possible in the period of 10 days. He told it doesn't matter what quality you make, I want as many pot as possible. And the 2nd half was told that I will gives you 10 days of time just make one pot, but it should be perfect with 100 percent quality. This experiment has been repeated many times.      At the end of 10 days when he evaluated result of two groups he found that the 1st group made the better pot of high quality than the 2nd group.      So he made the conclusion that because 1st group was busy in making, failing and learning, they would understand and keep improving where as the 2nd group was just thinking of making that perfect pot and when they finally made it was not anywhere close to the 1st group.      So, if you are striving to achieve something and ...
