Seven selves of self awareness

They are as follows

1) Self esteem-

“It never pays to respect a man who does not respect himself.” Self esteem is the way we feel about ourselves. A person with self esteem-

  • Talk about ideas and not about things and people.
  • Has the courage to stand for something and does not get carried away.
  • Love himself that is why he can love others.

2) Self confidence-

No one can make you inferior without your own consent.

  • You are the special and somebody, though you may be dark,though you may be tall.
  • You are the special and somebody, though you may be short, though you may be earning less. So

“Arise awake and stop not till the goal is reached.”

3) Self Motivation-

  • Action may not always brings happiness, but there can not be happiness without action
  • Making someone to think is the inspiration whereas making someone to act is motivation.

4) Self help-

God help those who help themselves. You can help yourself by-

  • Looking at positive side of the life.
  • Making a habit of do it now.
  • Developing attitude of gratitude.
  • Not looking for something for nothing.
  • Being physically fit.
  • Being financially fit.
  • Being emotionally fit.

5) Self discipline-

  • A person who master himself through self discipline will never be master by other.
  • Self discipline is exercising control over your habits and emotions. Discipline takes self control, sacrifice and avoiding temptation.

6) Self control-

  • Self control means control over thoughts, words, actions, habits and behaviour.
  • Whose mind is steady whose senses are under control.

7) Selflessness-

  • Integrity of character can be achieved only by giving up the selfish desires.
  • We can not help ourselves without helping others.
